How do I become an ambassador once my application is accepted?
Once accepted, you'll get 72 hours to complete your registration by placing your first order with your custom 20% off first time code. This will finalise your place as an ambassador & you will then receive your personalised marketing pack, commission codes & invite to our private group.
Please note - this discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/discount & has a minimum order of £25 / €30 / $35.
Is there an age requirement to become an ambassador?
There’s no strict minimum age to apply. However, if you’re under 18, we’ll need a parent or guardian to approve and verify everything for you. Also, to receive commission payments, you’ll need a PayPal account, which usually requires you to be 18+. If a parent or guardian gives you permission you can use their PayPal account instead.
Our clothing is designed for women, so we’d also expect you to be at an age where the pieces fit comfortably and feel right for you.
What do I get as an ambassador?
Once you place your first order, you’ll receive your own personal discount code to share with friends, family, and followers. They’ll get 10% off, and you’ll earn 10% commission on every order placed using your code. (Please note - you do not get commission on your own orders).

What we expect from our ambassadors?
To officially join the program, we ask that you make an initial purchase of at least one item using your exclusive discount. After that, we love our ambassadors to post at least once a month - but this doesn’t mean buying something new every month. We simply ask that you share something that represents strength to you.
That might be:
A moment you’re proud of.
A message that motivates or empowers others.
Your favourite Just Strong piece.
A real-life moment of growth, resilience, or progress.
There’s no “perfect” way to do this. We value honesty, real stories, and real women. As long as your content is clean, positive, and empowering, the rest is completely up to you. Your story matters, and we want you to tell it your way.
Do I need to live in the UK?
Not at all. We’re a UK-based brand, but our ambassador community is truly global, and we love that.
That said, there are currently a small number of countries we’re experiencing shipping issues with, so unfortunately we’re unable to support ambassadors in those locations right now. This isn’t something we take lightly, and we’re always working behind the scenes to find solutions so we can open things up as widely as possible.
Do ambassadors get free items?
You don’t receive free products just for joining the program - but that doesn’t mean freebies aren’t part of being an ambassador. We regularly run free gifting days, giveaways, surprise drops, and exclusive ambassador-only opportunities where you can receive free items, take part in special events, or unlock so many extra perks.
All of these opportunities are always shared first inside our private ambassador Facebook group, so that’s the best place to stay in the loop. If there’s something up for grabs, you’ll see it there. We prefer this approach because it lets us reward our ambassadors in a more meaningful (and fun!) way - and keep things fair across the community 💛
What if I decide it's not for me anymore?
That’s completely okay.
If you ever feel the ambassador program isn’t the right fit, just send us an email and we’ll deactivate your account - no pressure, no awkwardness, no hard feelings.
We’re grateful for every ambassador, whether you’re with us for a season or a long time. (Equally, if you decide you want to come back, just reapply by emailing us & well do our best to get you back up and running!)
