I’ve always loved my body, regardless of my shape or size. However, after having an operation and feeling like I had no control over my body, I decided to begin training to restore my inner strength. Once I began my fitness journey, I started to notice changes not just in my body, but more importantly, in my mind. I found walking to be especially helpful because I could clear my head and truly appreciate my environment. I love being JUSTSTRONG, and I love that I get to help others on the same path. I’m not only helping them to change their physical appearance, I’m also showing them how to take charge of their mental wellbeing by tapping into the strength that’s in all of us.
