After my marriage broke down, I felt so physically and mentally weak. I had no drive or focus. I felt anything but healthy. Getting into fitness was a major turning point for me. As soon as I started to work out, I had a purpose again. I immediately started to feel healthier and my mind was so much clearer. I felt so much better and stronger than I had in a long time! What motivates me to stay strong is that I’m not just helping myself. I’m helping my family, including my two stepchildren, to lead a happier, healthier life. And by sharing my journey on Instagram, I’m also helping others who have been through something similar, and who are nervous or stuck on where to start. I love that each person in the JUSTSTRONG community has their own goals and their own reasons for keeping healthy and active. Whether it’s going to the gym, a community group, horse riding, or ice skating, everyone helps and motivates each other on their journey!
