Growing up, I always struggled with self-confidence. I never felt good enough. I always wanted to do better, to be better. That changed when I competed in my first obstacle course race. I was completely out of shape and I barely finished, but that didn’t stop me falling in love with the sport. It showed me not where I was lacking, but who I could become if I set my mind to it. I am constantly motivated by my past self and my old mentality, because I want to be someone my younger self would look up to and respect. While I'm not perfect, I am progressing and that's all I can ask of myself. Now I know that it’s not about being the best there is, it’s about being the best version of YOU there is. I do all I can to pass on this message and promote finding your inner strength, that is why I am JUSTSTRONG.
