Ever since I was a little girl I’ve been very active, so when I started feeling weak all the time and struggling to lose weight, I knew something was wrong. I decided to get a check-up and I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I lost the will to work out and felt very down for about a year, but then I realized it was time to pick myself back up. I started working out again and each time, I started to feel a little more like myself. I set my mind on progress not perfection, and I gradually started to love myself again, which was my most important achievement. I joined the JUSTSTRONG community because it’s full of strong women from all over the world. Just knowing that I’m not alone motivates me and reminds me that I can do anything I set my mind to.
