I always felt that I was too skinny / small to get involved with sports and fitness. When I joined this group, I realised how wrong I’d been. There were women of all shapes and sizes, all of them strong in their own beautiful way. I found that the more sports I tried, the stronger I became and the better I felt. My favourite sport now is climbing because it takes great physical strength and mental focus, so it reminds of how strong and brave I’ve become!
